Grain Tunnels & Walling

Our Main Air Duct grain tunnels help farmers make the most of their building space by allowing for deeper storage. Made from strong hot rolled steel, the frames provide exceptional strength and rigidity. They are designed to support high storage depths and the loads created by the action of the Maxi-Stirrer. With a galvanised finish, they are built to last with minimal maintenance and offer one of the only grain stirrer compatible tunnels.

Frames are spaced at an extremely economical 1220mm, resulting in fewer frames needed per tunnel. They also fit most wooden floor designs, and the full-length air doors allow for smooth airflow under the drying floor.

The low-profile corrugated cladding is made from high-strength pre-galvanised sheet, matching the long lifespan of the tunnel frames. The profile design prevents crop hang-ups and reduces dust accumulation.

This tunnel has shown to be very durable over many years of use.

‘A’ frame walling is also available. Made to the same standards as the tunnel, this allows dividing walls to be attached directly to the building floor without needing stanchions in the base.

Walling is mainly used to create partition walls to separate crops or support stirrers in very wide stores.
