Lewis Harvey

Managing Director

Having worked in the technology industry, I moved into agriculture to run the family business and drive a modern and technical approach to our business. Working with the team I strive to keep the business moving forward to develop our offering supported by our high customer service levels. In my spare time, I go shooting, enjoy woodworking and joinery as well as spending time with my family.

Matthew Wilson

Engineering Director

I joined the family business aged 22 and I am now the longest standing employee. I worked as an Engineer on all of the equipment and have now taken on responsibility of Engineering Director running the team of engineers. Working alongside Lewis and Lisa, our goal is to progress Harvest Installations in terms of products, service and delivery. In my spare time, I like spend time with my family and coach junior cricket.

Lisa Harvey

Administration Director

I joined the family business part time when my children we young assisting with administration tasks. As they have grown older, I've moved to full time running the Administration team to assist the other business areas and organising accounts. In my spare time I like walking and training my gundogs.

Daniel Clifton

Sales & Contracts Manager

Having joined Harvest Installations in 2019, I came from a manufacturing role into the Engineering team working on our drying equipment. I have recently moved to head up the Sales & Contracts team to further develop the operation. In my spare time, I shoot and play cricket badly.

Daniel Mills

Engineer

Having joined the Engineering team in 2023, I moved from a joinery business to get more into mechanical engineering. In my spare time I love washing cars and visit CAMRA pubs.

Kelly Gosling

Administrator

I joined Harvest Installations in 2023 on a part-time basis to help out in the office. The team at Harvest is very social and has nicknamed me the company's Godmother. I love walking as many miles as I can, to the point that the team says I'm crazy.

Reece Webster

Engineer

Before joining in 2025, I worked for a regional home improvement company in their appliance installation team. Since joining Harvest, I have enjoyed the culture of a family run business and the change in work I am undertaking. In my spare time, I enjoy being bad at golf, take much better photos than I play golf and love to bake.

Holly

Workplace Security Officer

Harvest Installations is a very dog friendly workplace where I am allowed to attend every day. Whilst here, I take it upon myself to secure the safety of all it's workers detering threats with my noisy bark.

Bracken

Chief Entertainment Officer

Being allowed to visit the Harvest Installations office every day makes me so happy. I show this to all the workers by ignoring their personal space, sitting on their lap and forcing them to pet me. I believe it is my destiny make them smile every single day. In my spare time, I eat socks left around the house whole and deposit them elsewhere when my owners aren't looking.
